Hello! My name is Jesmine Onyeukwu. I’m an Organizing and Productivity Consultant, Coach, Speaker, Writer, Trainer, Author and the Founder of The Organizing Academy. To read more about me, visit here

My journey in the business of organizing people started 8 years ago from Nigeria and progressed to Canada. I’ve learned a lot on this amazing journey of purpose-driven entrepreneurship and I feel it’s time to share with others.

Do you feel the need to help others live orderly?
Do you have any talents or skills related to organizing?
Does your work or business have anything to do with organizing and productivity?
Do you serve in related fields like interior design, cleaning, concierge, life coaching, business coaching, etc?

I’ve served in many ways in the field of organizing and productivity and I believe there’s someone out there who may be called to serve here but doesn’t know how to approach it.

Beyond any lessons on the business of organizing you’ll find out there, nothings beats the experience, experiments and expertise I’ve gained from doing the job.

I want to share tried and tested methods, innovative principles and business strategies to help you start serving people and monetizing your organizing talent, skills and passion.

I’m introducing the Organizing Masterclass by The Organizing Academy. This Masterclass is perfect for newbie organizing and productivity professionals and older professionals who want to learn more.

Why should you listen to me or what I have to say?

1.  I’ve made every mistake in the book.
I’ve made many mistakes in entrepreneurship and in my industry. Just name it! From marketing to project management to customer relationship management, etc. I take pride in those pitfalls I now call “learning curves” and I went through them so you don’t have to.

2. I’m very passionate about this work.
It’s been an absolute pleasure doing this work for the past 8 years and I won’t trade this for anything else. I love helping people live more organized and productive lives! I’ve used my skills and passion to serve in related fields as well.

3. I have a track record of success.
As a busy mom of 3, running an Organizing and Productivity Business, I’ve been able to establish some milestones in this business that I think you can even surpass. Beyond these strides, what tops the chart for me is the ability to serve others with purpose.

4. I’ve worked across all sectors in the market.
I’ve organized households, organized businesses, coached high paying clients, consulted for corporate organizations and not-for-profits, helped organize events, hosted live events, had sold-out workshops, worked with government organizations, to name a few. I feel I have only just scratched the surface as there’s still more people out there to serve, a lot more opportunities to be leveraged and many more wins to celebrate.

5. I want to build other leaders in this field.
I believe that great leaders help others lead.
I want to help you create real meaning and transformation by using your gifts to impact your clients. That’s a life of purpose and that’s what counts the most at the end of the day.
There’s no better feeling than the one you get when your purpose allows you to be of impact to others. Do you feel called to serve in the organizing and productivity space? I’m not talking home organizing alone. Residential organizing is just one segment of the market and there are about 5 other areas.

6. I’m very resourceful.
I have found unconventional ways to serve with my skills and passion that few or no other professionals in this field have. I’ve learned how to keep creating opportunities to serve and I’ll show you how to do same.

7. I keep learning and unlearning.
In the past 4 years, I’ve read and researched extensively about this industry in order to get a proven system for my growing brand and I finally found a system that works. Can’t wait to share with you!
I’m not just bringing my experience in my field. I’m also bringing the recent knowledge I’ve acquired from business accelerators in Canada. Many professionals in this field are doing this business all wrong. You shouldn’t be one of them!

8. The business of organizing is a very lucrative one and with many untapped potentials. There are major gaps in the industry and there’s a huge vacuum to be filled. If you join me on this journey, I’ll prove to you that there’s a viable, sustainable and scalable economy around the concepts of organizing and productivity. Via the Organizing Masterclass on WhatsApp, I’ll be sharing and brainstorming with you on how to start serving and earning in this line of work.

The Organizing Masterclass lessons include:

• The immense opportunities in the business of organizing and productivity.
• Smart ways to find and serve quality clients.
• How to build a reputable and profitable brand and attract bigger opportunities.

On the 19th and 21st of Nov, I’ll be on for 60 minutes each to share exclusively to all the participants of my first Whatsapp Masterclass.
